Just Helping

Volunteering with Safe + Sound is more than filling a position. It is an opportunity to serve people, show the love of Christ, and help create a place where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

You do not need to have special experience to make a difference. You simply need to be willing to serve faithfully, work alongside others, and help wherever you are needed.

There are many ways to be part of Safe + Sound. Select the areas that interest you when completing the volunteer form. We will do our best to place you in a role that fits your interests, abilities, and availability.

Welcome Team

Greet guests, offer directions, and help create a warm and welcoming first impression.

Parking Team

Help direct vehicles and support a safe, organized arrival and departure experience.

Guest Services

Answer questions, provide information, and help guests find the people, places, and resources they need.

Stage & Production

Assist with stage operations, equipment, artist transitions, and other production-related needs.

Artist Hospitality

Help care for artists and their teams by providing practical support and genuine hospitality throughout the day.

Family Area

Support family-friendly spaces and activities while helping families feel comfortable and included.

Prayer Team

Pray with guests, volunteers, and artists and help provide a caring, confidential place for spiritual support.

Food & Vendor Support

Assist food vendors and other participating organizations with communication, logistics, and service-area needs.

Setup & Cleanup

Help prepare the property before the festival and restore it after the event is finished.

Medical & Safety

Serve in qualified roles related to first aid, medical response, safety, or emergency support.

What Volunteers
Can Expect

    Volunteers will receive instructions and important information before the festival.

    Most volunteer positions will be organized into scheduled shifts.

  3. 03

    Some teams may require early arrival, additional training, specific experience, or a minimum age.

  4. 04

    We will do our best to place volunteers with one of their preferred teams, but some volunteers may be asked to serve where the need is greatest.

  5. 05

    Every volunteer team will begin the day with prayer and a shared commitment to serve guests with kindness, humility, and excellence.
